Five years after Jurassic World Dominion, an expedition delves into isolated equatorial regions to extract DNA from three massive prehistoric creatures for a groundbreaking medical breakthrough. Gareth Edwards “dropped everything” to direct the film, stating prior to production: “I was about to take a break and I started writing my next idea for a movie and this is the one movie that would make me drop everything like a stone and dive right in. I love Jurassic Park (1993)… so this opportunity is like a dream for me. And to work with Frank Marshall, Universal and David Koepp, who is writing the script, I think they are all legends.
